When reporting a problem, include your device model, iOS version, app version, selected category, whether generation or export failed, and the steps needed to reproduce it. Do not send private photos unless support explicitly asks for a redacted sample.
Photo Privacy
Before using AI generation, review selected photos for faces, vehicle plates, addresses, mail, documents, QR codes, screens, mirrors, reflections, and location clues. LightMate is designed to ask for confirmation before sending selected photos and settings for external AI processing.
Editing Limits
AI-edited images should be reviewed before saving, sharing, listing, or publishing. For listing photos, avoid edits that hide product defects or usage marks. For people, pets, cars, rooms, and food, review whether the result still represents the original subject appropriately.
