AI Processing And Privacy

Local study materials and review state may be stored on your device. When you choose AI processing, selected source content and derived study data may be sent for processing.

Data may include pasted text, selected PDFs, web article URLs, lecture audio, recordings, public YouTube URLs, generated notes, cards, quiz answers, weak concepts, tags, App Store purchase status, and a device identifier.
Data may be processed by the Mate Series server and third-party AI providers such as OpenAI or Google/Gemini where enabled for app functionality.
LearnMate asks for external AI processing consent before sending selected source content.

Source Limits

LearnMate is for personal study support. Supported source processing depends on the source, file format, length, public accessibility, and provider limits.

YouTube support is limited to supported public URLs and does not download audiovisual content or scrape YouTube pages.
PDF and web article processing should not be used to bypass access restrictions or redistribute source content.
Generated notes, cards, and quizzes are study aids and may need review against the original source.

Subscriptions

If LearnMate Premium is enabled, subscriptions are auto-renewable. Monthly plans renew every one month, and yearly plans renew every one year unless canceled. Prices are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before purchase.

Manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID account settings in the App Store.
